Fiona Hollier

Council Member, Member of Nominations and Review Committee and Member of the Facilities and Infrastructure Committee

Fiona is Principal of Hollier and Hart, engaged as an independent chair, facilitator, mediator, and restorative engagement facilitator, primarily in workplaces and governing bodies in the not-for-profit and community sector. Fiona’s extensive experience in conflict management and resolution and finely honed skills in respectful, sensitive and effective communication, has resulted in her delivering a portfolio of customised training programs for a broad variety of organisations. Fiona’s significant governance knowledge results from more than 15 years’ experience as a Director of not-for-profit companies limited by guarantee.

For 13 years until late 2019, Fiona was Chief Executive Officer of Resolution Institute, a professional membership organisation of more than 2,500 dispute resolution professionals across Australia and New Zealand. As CEO, Fiona led the delivery of robust training and accreditation practices, advocacy to increase the use of non-curial dispute resolution and provision of professional learning and quality assurance for dispute resolution services.
