The Wearne Library

The Wearne Library is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Independent Learning Centre. The library contains:

• the fiction and non-fiction holding for the senior campus
• the audio visual library including video, DVD and music CD collections;
• the journal collection and teachers' reference collection
• the multimedia equipment of cameras and light projectors;
• 2 computer laboratories
• the Publishing/Print Centre providing colour and B & W printing and photocopy facilities.

The library is opened:
7:30am - 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday
7:30am - 4:30pm Fridays

Junior School Library - The Hub

At the very centre of the new Junior School is The Hub - named for its location and for its pivotal function in teaching and learning at MLC's Junior School. The Hub is a library of the future where multimedia information communication technologies along with print resources provide immediately accessible information.

The Hub is open after school each day, except Wednesday, until 4.00pm for Year 5 girls. It provides the girls with the opportunity to complete assigned work or homework using the resources available. Please refer to the letter below for the conditions of using these facilities.
