Fitness Programs
The MLC School Aquatic Centre offers to our students and the wider community a range of fitness programs including:
  • Aerobics and Aqua Aerobics
    Aerobics Classes are for one hour duration and include resistance training and stretching. Aqua Aerobics classes are for 45 minutes and are conducted in shallow water.
  • Pilates
    Pilates has proven itself an invaluable method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body. MLC offers afternoon and evening classes.
  • Lap Swimming
    Lap Swimming is available every day of the week at a range of times including early morning and evening sessions.
